Founder/Head Trainer
Kabray Rockwood
Kabray is the founder of Rockwood Training and the current Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Windsor High School. He also played two years at the College of St. Joseph. A passionate coach, mentor, and trainer with a deep rooted cimmitment to youth development through basketball. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience in player development, mentoring athletes both on and off the court. His training philosophy blends high level skill development with a focus on character, work ethic, and mental toughness.

Randy Rupp
Randy began coaching in 2013 and brings over a decade of experience across various levels of coaching basketball, including rec teams, junior high, high school, and AAU programs. He currently serves as the Head JV Girls Basketball Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Windsor High School. A native of Northeast Pennsylvania, Randy developed a love for basketball early. This love also helped develop a transition to lacrosse. He attended Utica University where he was a four year member and captain of the lacrosse team. With the help of a good coach in college, Randy was able to use transferable concepts from basketball to adapt and apply to the game of lacrosse. This philosophy is at the core of his training approach. He emphasizes the breakdown and application of fundamental skills to help athletes peform more effectively in competitive environments. With a background in child and adolescent development, Randy is committed to supporting the growth of student athletes both on and off the court, fostering not only athletic performance but also healthy, competitive habits and character development.

Rodger Petermann
Rodger is a 6'4" wing for the Paul Smith's College men's basketball team, continuing collegiate play going into his junior year, after transferring from VTSU Lyndon. He looks to take on a bigger role at PSC. A native of Windsor, VT, he played high school ball at Windsor High, averaging 8.4 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game. Known for his shooting, he displayed efficient shooting from beyond the arc at 38%. At Rockwood Training, he looks to mentor young athletes focusing on skill development, basketball IQ, and strength training. He brings positivity, a growing mindset, and energy to the team.
