Founder/Head Trainer
Kabray Rockwood

Kabray Rockwood is the founder of Rockwood Training and the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Windsor High School. A former college basketball player at the College of St. Joseph, Kabray has spent well over a decade coaching, training, and mentoring athletes throughout Vermont and beyond.
His coaching experience spans youth basketball, high school competition, AAU and travel basketball, and individual player development. In addition to leading the Windsor girls basketball program, Kabray has helped develop and expand opportunities for Vermont athletes through the Vermont Huskies, giving players access to competitive basketball, high-level tournaments, and experiences outside of their local programs.
Kabray’s approach to coaching goes well beyond basketball skills. He believes the game is a vehicle for teaching communication, accountability, confidence, discipline, work ethic, and how to respond to adversity. His philosophy is built around challenging athletes while developing relationships that allow him to coach each player as an individual.
Outside of basketball, Kabray is an entrepreneur and the owner of The Rockwood Agency, where his work spans tax preparation, insurance, retirement planning, and small-business consulting. His experience building businesses and leading teams influences the way he approaches athletics: set high standards, communicate directly, take ownership, keep learning, and understand that lasting success is built over time.
Whether working with a young player learning the game, an experienced athlete preparing for the next level, or an entire team pursuing a championship, Kabray’s goal remains the same—to help athletes become better players, stronger competitors, and more confident young people.
